02.Batching system
Zhengzhou Jianxin’s PLD series batching plant is an AI-enabled solution engineered for global construction standards, delivering ±0.5% weighing accuracy with 30% lower energy consumption than conventional systems.

03.Cement silo
The cement silo is divided into three types: flake cement silo, integral cement silo, and horizontal cement silo. To prevent powder arching, an arch-breaking device is installed at the conical section of the silo. Additionally, it can be designed as a bolted cement silo for easy transportation and convenient use.

04.Conveying system
The aggregate conveying system adopts the bucket elevator feeding method, which has the significant advantage of occupying minimal space and saving land resources. The belt conveyor is an ideal, highly efficient continuous transport equipment, offering benefits such as long conveying distance and large capacity.

05.Control System
The control system features screen display, ratio storage, and automatic drop compensation functions. It is equipped with both manual and automatic control modes for the mixing process. Additionally, a printing system is included to enable centralized control and integrated management of the entire plant.
